Phoenix Graffiti & Street Art – Fall 2015

See the best of Phoenix graffiti and street art just north and east of downtown in the area loosely bounded by North Central Avenue on the west, East Van Buren Street on the south, and U.S. Interstate 10 aka Papago Freeway on the north and east. Find the heavily painted epicenter of this bohemian
district in the alley running north from East Garfield to East Roosevelt between North 4th and 5th Streets. Late last year we enjoyed the great pleasure of thoroughly exploring this neighborhood locals refer to as “Roosevelt Row” for a full afternoon and some, amassing a share-worthy collection of 80 pieces
along the way. Hard to say what might remain of those we’ve included here today, as these walls appear likely to be repainted regularly, as they so often are in most of North America’s best street art districts. Check back with us again in early 2017, as we anticipate sharing new graffiti and street art photography from these very same Phoenix hotspots by that time. ~I♥DM

This is some fine work you have turned up, and you did a primo job documenting it. I still am not sure what the Viking with the backscratchers was doing there, but I could identify with it just fine,
